This is an activity based club each day from 3.30p.m -5.30p.m term time. We cater for Reception - year 6. Prior to booking online, parents must complete the necessary paperwork, (i.e. parent contract, registration, medical, privacy notice & photo permission form). These are emailed to you and must be returned by email, completed and signed. Bookings are made for the full month e.g. January, and must be paid for in advance. Parents/Guardians are required to select a minimum of 1 day of each week of that month. Your days can be different each week of that month. Once your dates have been submitted they cannot be changed, and no refunds will be given. If a child does not attend for any reason, you will still be charged for this place. Additional days can be booked online if there are spaces available. Please note that there is a limit on spaces each day to ensure we have sufficient staff. Fees are charged at £12 per individual day or you can save by booking all 5 days of the week for £52.50 Monday-Friday. Times are 3.30p.m -5.30p.m. Fees are paid by bank transfer on our online booking system. A late pick up fee can be charged to a parent when a child is collected later than the 5.30p.m limit. We understand parents are occasionally held up, however please understand staff members have to supervise children after their hours, so this needs to be covered (Please see parent contract).
